H.E. the General Manager of the Civil Service Consumer Corporation decided to adopt the policy of open doors with its beneficiaries, aiming at reaching its goals for the year 2006:
First: daily and all around the week
1- From 8:30 a.m. till 9 a.m. to contact the Depts. Directors, Corporation's consultants and meet with them if necessary.
2- From 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. to receive the beneficiaries from the Corporation's employees.
3- From 9:30 a.m. till 10 a.m. to receive the Corporation's beneficiaries from Contractors.
Second: Saturday of each week
1- From 10 a.m. till 1 p.m., the Purchasing Committee.
2- From 1 p.m. to 2 p.m, to open the mail.
3- From 2 p.m. till 4 p.m. to have a round in the Corporation's markets.
Third: Sunday of each week
1- From 10 a.m. till 1 p.m. to open mail.
2- From 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. to have a round in the Corporation's markets.
Fourth: Monday of each week
1- From 10 a.m. till 1 p.m., to open the mail.
2- From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m, the Purchasing Committee.
Fifth: Tuesday of each week
1- From 10 a.m. till 12 p.m. meeting with the Governmental Working Committee, and/or Planning Committee, and/or with the Directors.
2- From 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. take a round in the Corporation's markets.
Sixth: Wednesday of each week
1- From 10 a.m. till 4 p.m., open the mail, follow up the markets Directors issues.
Seventh: Thursday of each week
1- From 10 a.m. till 1 p.m., evaluate the performances, working plans, or set the "Board of Directors" meeting and to take part in the Government's recovery program
